Ekantakuna is the Ring Road junction where the road to Bungamati and Chapagaun breaks south and the Jawalakhel arm heads north. It has grown around that junction into a corridor of apartment blocks, boarding schools, INGO and consultancy offices, and the diplomatic-adjacent housing that spills over from Jhamsikhel and Sanepa.
The result is a genuinely mixed brief. On one side, families and expatriate tenants in serviced 2BHK and 3BHK flats with 11x13 ft bedrooms who want quality wood and a neutral finish. On the other, offices along the Ring Road needing workstation clusters, meeting tables and storage that can be installed without disturbing a working floor. We build for both from the same workshop 4 km away.
Ekantakuna's newer buildings are set back from the Ring Road behind service lanes, which makes deliveries easier than in the old-city areas — a pickup can normally reach the entrance. What does need planning is the Ring Road itself: the Ekantakuna stretch is under near-constant widening and utility work, and a lane closure can add half an hour, so we build a buffer into every delivery window we promise.
