Budget per seat, not per item
The clearest way to compare quotes is total cost per seat including desk, pedestal, partition and chair. We quote in that format by default.
Plan power before furniture
Mark existing sockets on your floor plan. We route cable trays and raceways to reach them so you avoid extension cords running across walkways.
Leave 3.5ft behind chairs
Circulation space is what makes a dense floor feel workable. We check this on the layout before you approve it.
Order in phases if you are growing
We keep your board, laminate and fabric codes on file so a second batch six months later still matches the first.
Material and finish options
- Tops: 25mm prelam board or ply with laminate; veneer for executive areas.
- Frames: MS box section with powder coating in black, grey or white.
- Partitions: 40mm fabric-covered acoustic panels, optional glass toppers.
- Storage: ply or powder-coated steel with cam locks and adjustable shelves.
Care and maintenance in Nepal's climate
- Tighten workstation frame bolts every six months on busy floors.
- Clean fabric partitions by vacuum, not water, to avoid watermarks.
- Keep laminate tops away from direct window sun to prevent fading.
- We offer annual maintenance visits for offices inside the valley.

Nationwide despatch to branch offices in Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Biratnagar and Dharan.
Two-year warranty on joinery and frames, one year on hardware and locks.
