Gwarko is the junction everyone in south Lalitpur passes through — the flyover, the Satdobato-bound Ring Road arm, and the road down to Imadol that ends at our workshop. It is a commercial spine with residential depth: banks, clinics, coaching institutes and bakeries on the main road, and behind them a dense grid of lanes with individual houses from the 1990s and 2000s on 3 to 5 aana plots.
